Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY :

All in-stock orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding holidays, weekends, or if stated on our website banner that we are out of town) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  If for some reason there will be a delay in your order, we will contact you.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates :

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on current USPS rates, buyer location, and item weight, and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping :

International Shipping is now available to select countries. If there are any issues during checkout with International Rates please email us or message us on the site and we will do our best to work with you.  Actual shipping rates are calculated automatically based on location, weight, package size, and the shipping method you choose at checkout.  We do not control the rates and cannot provide a shipping quote as we do not know USPS rates.  Want to know the cost of shipping?  Add the items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where it will calculate the shipping for you.

PLEASE NOTE:  International shipping costs DO NOT cover any international tariffs or import fees that may be assessed by the buyer's country.  We do not include or pay for these costs and they are the sole responsibility of the buyer.  Customs forms are generated directly from your order and under no circumstances will a customs form be altered to claim a lesser amount/number of items in an order.  If a buyer chooses not to pay any import fees, the package will either be held by the country's customs, or will be returned to us.  If an item is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for any shipping costs to re-send the item(s).

We also cannot see or give information for international tracking numbers once a package has been delivered by USPS to the postal service of the buyers' country.  A buyer will still get delivery updates, but if there is ever any question of tracking once a package is in a country other than the US, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact their own country's postal service for details.  We are also not responsible for missing packages in possession of another country's postal service and the buyer must contact their respective service office for assistance.

Order Status : 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes :

Domestic PO Boxes may be used, however, must be recognized by the USPS address recommendation tool (automated).  Please be aware all PO Boxes may not be able to be shipped to by our system.

Shipping/Order Processing Issues :

If there is ever a discrepancy flagged with an address or payment used, we will contact you via the email provided to correct the issue.  If we do not have a response within 48 hours, your order will be refunded.
