Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unopened/unused, and in its original factory packaging. You will also need to provide your order number as proof of purchase.

For factory sealed sets or cases of any kind, we cannot guarantee the condition of the cars or cards (as they are not opened by us), therefore we will not accept returns for cracked/damaged blisters or damaged cards.  On these set or case types, if we receive a return that has been re-taped or now double taped, we will deny the return due to the item being opened and re-taped.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be processed for refund.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs of any items sent back to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

As noted above, for factory sealed sets or cases of any kind, we cannot guarantee the condition of the cars or cards and therefore will not accept returns for condition issues on these items.

In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and shipping box condition. Damage issues will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, but we always try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please note resolution for damages may involve the buyer initiating an insurance and/or missing mail claim with the USPS.  These such claims must be done by the buyer, as proof of damage must be shown and USPS often requests for boxes to be brought to the Post Office, which we cannot do as the seller.  We are happy to assist with these claims as needed.

If an item is shown as delivered, but claimed to not be received, a refund will not be issued.  The buyer must initiate a missing mail claim with the USPS and contact their local post office directly.  As sellers, we can not verify anything further than what is shown on tracking information.  We can assist as we are able in these claims, but these claims must be handled by the buyer.  Please contact us directly if this issue occurs and assistance is needed.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

As stated above, any items opened or factory sealed sets or cases of any kind that have been opened or re-taped are non-returnable.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted items, clearance items or gift cards.


Exchanges
At this time, we do not process exchanges on items as we cannot guarantee we have replacement items in stock.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  Refunds will be made for the purchase price of the items only - original shipping costs will not be refunded.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received a refund, please contact us at info@forbiddenfly.com.

 

Please Note

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order at any time for any reason at our discretion.  Please ensure all payment information matches billing and shipping information registered to the form of payment used.  If an order is flagged for any level of possible fraudulent activity by our service providers, the order will be cancelled and a refund issued.  All refunds will go back to the method of payment used.
