In-Person Shopping
Please note the following information and guidelines for in-person shopping:
- Shop Address: 6229 Cincinnati Brookville Rd, Okeana, OH 45053.
- Reservation Times: Online reservations are for 15-minute slots as a starting time; you may shop as long as you need once you're at the location.
- Appointment Availability: The listed time slots are for appointments only. We may not be onsite for walk-ins outside these times or if there are no reservations, and the building will be locked and monitored.
- Unavailable Time Slots: If a desired time slot is unavailable, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
- Respecting Appointment Times: We provide a reasonable window around reservations. If you need to cancel or will be late, please call us (513-447-1086), email (info@forbiddenfly.com), or reach out via the chat feature on the website. We allow rescheduling with notice but will not accept future reservations from no-call, no-show appointments.
- Appointment Changes: While we aim to honor all appointment times, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if necessary due to travel or unforeseen circumstances. We will work with you to find a new time.
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit, PayPal, or Zelle for in-person payments. Please note exact change may be needed for cash sales, as we do not keep cash on location.
- Children in the Shop: Children are welcome, but please ensure they are supervised at all times to protect our inventory.
- Online Orders: For online orders designated for in-store pickup, those appointments are scheduled through the order checkout page. You’re welcome to shop while picking up, and a separate appointment is not needed.
